Weren't there some CT's running around about how the US set off a nuke to create the Tsunamis? Have those died out or are they mainly outside the US?

I heard of one CT re the tsunami which involved benevolent aliens correcting a "wobble" in the Earth's orbit. Why they wanted to do this was never really explained.
Can't remember what site it was on.

I wish there was a verbal way to communicate how freaking retarded that theory is... :D :p :jaw-dropp :crowded:

I think Michel Chussodovsky has some kind of theory that the international seismologists willingly waited to warn the populations of Indonesia... for what purpose I don't know.

I have to admit that I only skimmed his paper, and really didn't care to read it. I still don't. I think he just emphasised (like any good CTists) on discrepancies (mostly lack of communications) and added them to make up somekind of a conspiracy. But as I said, I didn't really care to read it thouroughly, I think the guy is a little paranoid and/or blatantly politically biased.

Oh yeah I've read that one. Something about it being in a different place. Never heard the logic behind it. Earthquakes release several magnitudes more energy than a nuke. If a nuke sets off an earthquake, wouldn't an earthquake set off an even BIGGER earthquake?

This used to be very high on my list for the dumbest things I've ever heard until it was displaced by the "small nukes" at the World Trade Center CT.

But, yeah, I know a guy who believes the tsunami CT. Talking to him is, to quote Maddox, like being bukkaked in stupid.

www.takingaim.info (program 050104, I believe)

These idiots discuss the tsunami and postulate that the CIA triggered it somehow to create a humanitarian crisis to justify the US taking over the Indonesian oil fields, or something like that. My mind went numb after about 20 minutes.

FYI, Ralph Schoenman is involved with this program. For those of you familiar with his work, I don't think I need to say any more.

Alot of these folks are into the whole HAARP as a super weapon thing.

Rule 42 of dealing with CTs: as soon as HAARP is mentioned, run. Run like the wind.

The earthquake was right off the coast of indonesia. By the time seismologists knew about the earthquake it was too late. I could understand the claim about Sri Lanka, but by then they were trying to get ahold of anyone in the country, they just didn't know who to call.

I assume that the OP is referring to the material that can be found here (tinyurl.com/hrwlz) on the home page of Joe Vialls.

This site which stopped updating with the death of its creator is a very disturbing look into the thoughts of one creator of the Grand (Unified) Conspiracy Theory. Go Here: (joevialls.co.uk), just be prepared to scrub your brains out afterwards as it'll leave a nasty aftertaste.

Exactly. Besides, why on earth would seismologists agree to put people's lives in jeopardy? It's like the controlled demolition theory, why would they agree to it?

Why? Because the only place stuff like this happens is in Evil Fantasyland.

heh, reminds me of the Robot Chicken episode where Walt Disney's brain is put in a robot spider and he haunts Disneyworld eating cuban children. He's finally killed off by Elian Gonzalez.
