He likes sitting in stationary truck cabs making choo-choo noises. That's about it.At least he really likes his job. How many of us can say that?

In my perfect world, making such a remark would be grounds for impeachment by itself.Of course, he's just joking... right?
Trump Asks Mike Johnson if He’ll Allow Prez a Third Term
Story by William Vaillancourt
He likes the part of the job that means he doesn’t have to go to prison. At least he really likes his job. How many of us can say that?
That's us watching his mind live as it hatches another scam. He can see a gap he can appeal against for decades,Trump to House Republicans at his Doral club: "I've raised a lot of money for the next race that I assume I can't use for myself, but I'm not 100 percent sure. I think I'm not allowed to run again. I'm not sure."
All it would take is for Chief Justice Roberts to say that "more than twice" in the 22nd Amendment means "more than twice in a row," and get a 6-3 rubber stamp approval for it.
All seriousness aside, that probably won't happen. And the proposed amendment would still need three-fourths of the states to ratify it. Even if that were politically possible, it takes years. With any luck, Mother Nature will remove Trump from the running before it can help him.
The court has actually ruled against Trump in the past. I got a feeling, since they are strict constructioinists, twisitng the 22nd Amendment would be a bridge they are not willing to cross. All it would take is for Chief Justice Roberts to say that "more than twice" in the 22nd Amendment means "more than twice in a row," and get a 6-3 rubber stamp approval for it.

At which time we would be close to open collapse as a nation.True, but they might let him run while they decide the matter.

Why is he so popular in Denmark? Just curious.Pretend he is a normal leader, and treat him like that?
In Denmark there is a tradition of treating US presidents as our liege lords: rolling out the biggest red carpet imaginable, huge crowds gathering to get a glimpse of the emperor, etc.
Obviously, Trump should be treated in the same manner, and I don’t think he’ll mind
Actually, Trump is not very popular here, so the huge crowds might be gathering more for his notoriety, but then, I don’t think Trump would sense the difference.
He's not. I think you misread the last sentence of steenkh's post. Why is he so popular in Denmark? Just curious.

That’s it: even the people I know with mortal fear of immigrants do not like Trump. Of course there will be a few idiots who’ll support him, just like there are a few Ayn Rand types who want to do away with the social state where everybody are covered by the health system, but in general, all across the board are in shock that Americans have given Trump another chance to wreck, not just his own country, but every other country as well (except dictatorships). He's not. I think you misread the last sentence of steenkh's post.
Whoops! Thx...He's not. I think you misread the last sentence of steenkh's post.
"The Constitution imposes an explicit two-term limit on the presidency — even if those two terms, like Trump’s, are non-consecutive," Romoser writes. "'No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice,' the 22nd Amendment mandates."
However, "Around the globe, when rulers consolidate power through a cult of personality, they do not tend to surrender it willingly, even in the face of constitutional limits," the legal expert submits.
Except he doesn't.
He likes his job title and he likes play acting President but he has no interest in actually buckling down and properly performing the role of President.
Just like Boris Johnson's approach to being PM of the UK.
