Trump's Second Term

10% tariff against Denmark and Trump is therenting to extend it to any country opposing US taking over Greenland.
Miller says no nation has a right to land it cannot defend.
We have lunatics running the US Government.
Since most of Europe fell to Hitler's Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe, he must think Hitler had a right to it.
What a POS.

New Tariffs will go up to 25% if Greenland is not in Trump's hands by June.
Once again, I hope to God that Europe slaps retailaitoy tariffs on the US. Trying to appase and work with Trump just does not work.
But I wonder if Europe has the sheer courage to stand up to trump. Courage seems to be in short supply among government leaders nowdays.

Statement from Starmer.

That's both France and the UK that have told him politely to ◊◊◊◊ off

"Our position on Greenland is very clear - it is part of the Kingdom of Denmark and its future is a matter for the Greenlanders and the Danes.

"We have also made clear that Arctic Security matters for the whole of NATO and allies should all do more together to address the threat from Russia across different parts of the Arctic.

"Applying tariffs on allies for pursuing the collective security of NATO allies is completely wrong. We will of course be pursuing this directly with the US administration"

The USA spent the last 70 years tying Europe into a defence and economic system with the USA at the centre of it. Since your fellow Americans appear unwilling to do anything to remove the senile egomaniac from the White House you don't get to complain that Europe isn't ready to overthrow that system when you want them to.

Germany is considering a boycott of the 2026 World Cup as a last resort in the event of a US annexation of Greenland.

According to CDU/CSU representative Jürgen Hardt, such a boycott is seen as leverage against Trump on the Greenland issue.

i would expect the rest of the world isn’t going to have as much patience in indulging his increasingly erratic and bizarre behavior

America is now the enemy of Europe.

Canada is shifting to China as it's major trading partner.

He's forcing a realignment that could very well be permanent.

America is losing trading partners and allies.

It's going to be a pariah state

The entire EU/UK should be doing that, right now. And if Infantino tries to retaliate, withdraw from FIFA.

That reminds me - he was imminently going to stun the world with the release of huge masses of incontrovertible evidence proving the 2020 election was stolen from him. Wasn't he? That was going to happen, I could have sworn. He said so last year. Or did I hallucinate that?

Must be on somebody's desk.

He's pretending the evidence has already been released and proved he should have won, assuming, correctly, that his supporters will automatically believe him and will manufacture false memories of seeing the evidence.
