Trump's Second Term

Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado has told reporters that she presented the medal for her Nobel Peace Prize to President Donald Trump at a private White House meeting on Thursday, but did not say if he accepted it.

It's a shiny golden bauble that he had no legitimate claim to. Of course he accepted it (by which I mean he snatched it up with his greasy little paws, and then probably tried to ◊◊◊◊ with his greasy little cock).

I wonder why she's that desperate to be the president of Venezuela.

A theory is going around that little Pachinko Brain wants Greenland because he once saw it on a (Mercator) map and was amazed by how big it was.

María Corina Machado on her meeting with Trump: “I presented the president of the United States with the Nobel Peace Prize”

He's still not going to make you president of Venezuela, even if you did win the last election by "a lot". So that was a waste of sucking up, wasn't it! And you now don't have the medal either. Pretty foolish of you, no?

It was my Great Honor to meet María Corina Machado, of Venezuela, today. She is a wonderful woman who has been through so much. María presented me with her Nobel Peace Prize for the work I have done. Such a wonderful gesture of mutual respect. Thank you María!

There you go. He thinks he has won his Nobel Prize at last! His tiny pachinko brain can't comprehend that he has only been loaned the medal.

I can't believe this is even slightly true.
ETA: Sorry, sarcasm/irony/piss-taking is and/or are tricky to communicate via text. Also, sometimes posts that weren't intended to be sarcastic may, unintentionaly come across that way.

To clarify: I wasn't trying to be ironic or pedantic or any other 'ic's

How bad is your reading comprehension? I didn't say "it". I said "he". As in Trump. As in the subject of the second sentence of yours that I quoted. As in NOT the constitution, the subject of your first sentence.
"IT" As in "IT IS a coup." "Coup" is the subject of your original claim. A coup by Trump. Yes. It IS a coup when you illegally take overturn national laws. The Constitution is the Law of the Land. Read my previous post. I am not sure how this is that hard.

That's not what I said.

Who was prosecuted for Obama's wedding drone strike? Nobody. Who was prosecuted for the drone strike that killed a 16 year old American citizen? Nobody.

You must have amnesia. Pretty much the entire Democratic establishment excused Bill Clinton for having sex with an intern.

*If* it even occurred?

Wow. You're in even deeper than I though.
YOU are the one that brought up how other administrations violated the constitution! Not me!
YOU! YOURE the one that strawmanned the conversation to death here. I SUPPORTED your argument by giving a (very limited) number of examples of how previous presidents have skirted the law and the Constitution. There are many, many other examples of presidents and Congress and the SCOTUS all violating the Constitution. I AGREED with your point. The entire difference is, nobody here is making excuses and trying to defend illegal actions and decisions that this country's government has taken in the past.

I also gave examples of how the government HAS upheld the law and the Constitution. Examples of when they admitted past administrations and Congresses were wrong, such as formal apologies for Japanese internment during FDR's term (one of my all-time favorite president's btw! And no. Despite me being a big FDR fan, I am NOT, and never have I ever, defended FDR's illegal and morally wrong decision to create a concentration camp for loyal Japanese citizens. Also past administrations upholding the law and justice by holding inidividual soldiers accountable for committing crimes, whether at Guantanamo, at Mai Lai, Vietnam, or Blackwater security raping women, or any other lesser well known crimes committed by US soldiers during ANY American war or police actions. There are a lot of men who have been court-martialed and convicted for committing crimes while serving in uniform.

See how this works?

All you are doing, is defending the entire criminal terroristic enterprise of this administration. The most corrupt, criminal president in all of United States history. Even if he wasn't, past actions by previous presidents does NOT change decisions or actions of this president. Right here. Right now. FDR isn't the president. Reagan isn't the president. Neither of the Bushes are the president. Obama is not the president. Biden is not the president. Kamala Harris is not the president. The only president we have in office currently is Trump. Nobody cares that other presidents may have done something illegal, and nobody here has ever defended corruption of past presidents. We are talking about THIS administration.

Zig, if you really, really need to, you could explain the first shot, which went through the windscreen, as necessary for the agent to protect himself, ignoring the fact that he stepped into the way deliberately to better record with his phone.
You cannot, and neither can any lawyer, claim that the next 2 shots fired through the driver window were necessary to protect the agent, because obviously he was no longer in front of the car. Neither is it legal or permissable to use deadly force to stop someone from fleeing the scene.
The last two shots were murderous, pure and simple, and your desperate attempts to justify the killing of someone puts everything else you stand for into question.

Been away a while and not caught up but noticed in the news tonight a commentator talking about the Trump plan to "annex" Greenland, and various difficulties that's going to cause. I think the first thing we need to do is to stop talking half-Trump ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ as if his madness had not already started eating our brain cells. What is being proposed is to INVADE Greenland, to CONQUER AND STEAL Greenland, to COLONIZE it!

It should be made clear that Trump is proposing to make war on Greenland, and by extension on Denmark, and by extension on the nations of NATO.

It just seems as if we drift further and further into utter madness, and everyone is what happens tomorrow hasn't happened yet, and the day after tomorrow everyone says "who knew," but oh well what might happen tomorrow hasn't happened yet.
