Trump's Second Term

It remains fascinating to me that lefties are obsessed with supposed wealth inequality but have absolutely zero curiosity about wealth creation. It's always take, take, take. Just pure envy and greed.
Ahh, the delusions of the right. Rather than this nonsense, it's far more correct to say that lefties are obsessed with the excessive wealth inequality and harmful practices that lead to it that harm wealth creation. Having some inequality can be reasonable and useful in a bunch of ways, certainly. Too much and too little both do more harm than good.

Right-wingers like you prefer projection, of course, given that envy and greed tend to drive you more.

interesting that the same right-wingers who demand unconditional respect for private property tell you to buy guns so you can take the food from your neighbors to feed your family when society collapses.

I just saw a docu on Pompei that included graffiti. I guess necro isn't anything new.
Nice scene in the HBO miniseries "Rome" where they show some very off color Political Graffiti "Atia Felat Omnes" Atia will screw anybody.
LIHOP* is popular with the clique that needed more reasons to hate FDR. The fact is that if the Japanese were ambushed on the way into T.H. FDR would have been bullet proof at the polls for 16-20 more years. AND the ships could have been made largely bullet-proof by going to GQ ten minutes before the first bomb was dropped.

*Let It Happen On Purpose.
Yeah, That Man IN The White House. Great New Yorker cartoon showin a bunch of fur bedecked millionairs talking about going ot the movie to boo FDR in the newsreels.
Wealth is power.
Captain Obvious Strikes Again.

I remember the Rome drinking game, where you take a drink every time there's a penis on screen. Your first drink is taken during the opening credits.

Hang on a mo!

I always thought one of socialism's basic tenets was that workers should own the means of production, y'know the creation of wealth?

Just as well I've been put right about that one, eh? I now know that what I've been reading about various social and political struggles in 19th century Britain is just plain wrong.

I'll not bother my pretty little head about that sort of thing...

Felare; to suckle, colloquially used to mean suck off as in oral sex, hence fellatio. (There are different verbs for having sex.)
Our Latin teacher had a good collection of graffiti, she used to make lessons more interesting. together with pictures of flying cocks (not birds!) and pictures from pottery. She knew how to keep a group of girls at an all girls school interested in dead languages; by making them come alive. Then there was Catullus (swoon).
ETA
To be distinguished from Irrumare which is forced, oral rape by a man. from the aforementioned Catullus "Pedicabo ego vos et irrumabo" Both first person future of the verbs; Pedicare, to penetrate anally and as above. Rough sex!

ETA 2 obviously the censorship system only alters the english terms; not that I would advocate it but it appears we can be rude so long as we are educated and do so in Latin.

It remains fascinating to me that righties claim to be interested in wealth creation but defend wealth concentration, which suppresses wealth creation and ultimately leads to the destruction of wealth.

So we're 365 days into the second Dump regime. What are you all doing? I think I'll go for a walk and not think about him.

Apart from his Nationalist tendencies, Trump also exhibits a number of socialist tendencies, with central control of the economy e.g. advocating to limit profits taken by the arms industry in dividends and pay outs to CEO, limiting the rate of interest charged by credit card companies etc. I wonder if there is a term for the combination of Nationalist and Socialist policies?
