I wonder if this flaming idiot even has an inkling of the oxymoron he's uttering. Even if you don't like the fuel economy standards and all that stuff, it is simply self contradictory to say that the standards cannot be met and then saying the cost of meeting them is burdensome.

Yeah, it could be. Victory over those trying to find the Epstein files maybe. But he doesn't think it is that. It might as well be Tinkerbell for all he knows. It might slowly turn around while tinkly music plays.

Seems it is intended as a triumphal arch though, as monuments go, that's a rather, what's the word... celebratory choice for the entrance to Arlington cemetery. I suppose if done tastefully, a solemn memorial there could work, somewhat in the vein of the Menin Gate in Belgium. Victory/Lady Liberty/Tinkerbell needs to look at least a bit serious and sad though.
