Absolute horse ◊◊◊◊. This isn't about whether America can afford to pay both for soldiers and government services, it's about a temporary loss of oversight telling Trump not to arbitrarily shut down stuff that helps people who need help.

"They have forced us to choose" just means "They have put temptation in our way and when it comes to acts of wanton cruelty, especially to people who probably vote for the other guy anyway, we have no self control, no shame and no remorse".

The cruelty, as ever, is the point.

Trump was the president on January 6, 2021, not Joe Biden, who took the oath of office two weeks later.

Last month, Trump said that the FBI "secretly placed" 274 agents in the crowd ahead of the riot. FBI Director Kash Patel later clarified that, "agents were sent into a crowd control mission after the riot was declared by Metro Police.

The real problem is that he's surrounded by people who won't just blame the dog, they will start a general round up of all dogs to prevent future cookie thefts, along with anyone who points at the crumbs around his mouth.
