And apparently Trump has agreed to supply (meaning sell) Patriot systems to be shipped to Ukraine. My two thoughts are how much of a kickback is he getting from the manufacturers? And how much use are they going to be when most air attacks seem to be carried out by drones now?
Found an old article about Patriot versus drones. Using up a $3 million dollar (in 2017 prices) missile to kill one $200 dollar drone does not seem like a recipe for success, especially when the drone have gotten appreciably better since then.

It's weird: usually, Heads of Departments, in the Private and Public Sector, get power and prestige by how many employees they have.
Under Trump, it seems your influence depends on how few people you are in charge of.
