Somehow I doubt that.
The usual rules and standards do not apply to Trump.
Look at the likes of Thunberg and the students etc., when Biden didn't do what they wanted about Gaza, they were protesting and screaming...
But now that Trump wants to go far far beyond of what they didn't like from Biden, it is silence.

Dems do x: HOW DARE YOU?!
Reps do x but way worse: .....

Honestly, I wouldn't bet on it.
Extremists want/wanted to destroy the 'old' USA. Now that it turned into some sort of extremist state itself, they might move on. Amerika destroyed itself. The somewhat reasonable country became a sociopathic/idiot state.
a) better not mess with the crazies
b) not worth it anymore. Move on to another boogeyman.

For the life of me, I never understood why Muslim extremists did not engage in a campaign of targeting Trump properties during the first Trump administration. It just seems like an obvious strategy to me.

Your mistake is thinking everybody who voted for Trump is a cult member.
Everything I have read is the people who put Trump\I also over the top where "Lesser of two evils" voters. And they made a horrible mistake.

Each day brings more outrages that we once thought impossible; it couldn't happen here. It's just a nightmare and my hatred of Trump and his MAGA morons becomes more justified.

I think you are correct.
It seems like everyone I know voted for what they saw as the "lesser of two evils." I'm not sure I know anyone who actually liked either candidate.

I have one friend who didn't like Trump or the things he said but liked much of what actually got done during his first term. (He's a border security guy, but not really a mass deportation guy.) I think he considered the crazy coming out of Trump's mouth to be hot air... the crazy stuff would never actually happen. On the other hand, the stuff that he had problems with from the liberal side, while less bat-◊◊◊◊ crazy, actually had a chance of getting done. He leans right, but in effect he voted for Trump with the expectation that he would be ineffective.

Indubitably. The thing about US tourism is that it is a $2,3 trillion dollars industry that MAGA and Trump are actively trying to kill.
 
I just watched an excellent (as usual) video by Scott Manley about deflecting asteroid 2024 YR4, which has a possibility of impacting earth in 2032. Interceptor would need to be launched in 2028. The potential impact track is shown in the Wikipedia article.
Trump will still be President through 2028 and the impact track passes over only ◊◊◊◊-hole countries. No way Trump will spend a nickel to prevent that.
