This is not a serious accusation, and doesn't need to be taken seriously. Basically all of your complaints could be applied to many different presidents, not just Trump. There are serious arguments to be made about whether to and how much to constrain presidential power in general. But you're not making those arguments. You're engaged in special pleading. When Trump does something controversial, you act like he's the first president who has ever done it, but that's simply not true. For example, military strikes on "civilian" targets? Where have you been for the past two decades? That's become routine. You can complain about that if you want to, but at least be honest and admit that every president in recent history did it.

Claiming that Trump's military circling around and slaughtering men in the middle of the ocean without any proven evidence of wrongdoing, is somehow on par with what past Presidents have done, is disingenuous at best, and exactly the hypocrisy I pointed out before. Why is the ocean relevant? It's not. It's an irrelevant detail used for special pleading, to try to distinguish it from Obama's drone strikes. And what proven evidence did Obama have for his various drone strikes? None. In fact, we know that some of those strikes were a mistake, because they admitted they were a mistake.

If you want to complain about such strikes in general, go for it. But stop pretending it's something new. It isn't. And pretending it is is just hypocrisy.
