Interesting, because normally they don't check testesterone levels unless the patient has an issue that might be caused by a low testesterone level.

Doing some googling, it looks like Cushing's syndrome (too much cortisol, sometimes caused by a pituitary tumor) could impact testosterone levels. (It also causes weight gain, thin skin and fatigue, which sort of match trump.).

But then I am not a doctor. I just watch them, on TV.
