And these are the same people who clutched their pearls for weeks and weeks because they didn't feel (or pretended they didn't) the liberals were saddened enough by Charlie Kirk's death. Just disgusting people.

"Side window"? You can see the photos of the car with bullet holes. The shots came from the front of the car because that's where the officer was standing when he was hit by the car.

He is allowed to discharge his weapon in self defense

And there is only one bullet hole in front of the car.

Wasn't their whole deal fighting insurgencies?

That's what body cams are for. They record events without encumbering an officer's hands or distracting the officer's attention away from potential hazards.

Sadly this is expected. American police unions are the biggest reason that bad officers cannot be disclipined. They will always side with officers in an officer-involved shooting, regardless of facts.

Unmarked vehicles and no ID. Are we sure these are cops at all or if they are, that they are investigating anything? When cops stop identifying themselves, anyone can play cop.

Could be a bunch of his buddies going to the house to retrieve some incriminating items or an activist group showing him how it feels to be powerless in the face of police aggression. Could even be another state or non-state actor.
