I was going to disagree and say he's immoral, but on reflection I'm not sure, he certainly acts immorally, but is his grasp of the concepts of right and wrong or his understanding that other people are real beings with feelings sufficient for him to understand that he's acting immorally?

I'd did consider whether to go with a- or im-, but came to the conclusion that he could actually be the poster boy for a-. But hey, let's not sell him short; if it's possible to be both, then he is the GOAT!

I'd also guess this was an attempt to mitigate whatever potential wrath Trump might try to send his way as well.
