You're thinking of server side http status codes, with redirects set up.

"Can't reach website, connection reset" means a network error. The browser never reached the website. Http never came into play. No error page redirect was ever served. Network errors don't serve web pages. We knew that wasn't the problem the moment we saw the message.

Me too. Clearing up the cache to me is like rebooting. Something you just do. There is little you can do if the problem is in between you and the server outside of using a proxy server.

The ridiculous thing about Trump taking over the Kennedy Center doesn't really change a thing. In the end, it was merely a theater. There are a lot of other theaters that the artists can play at. It's advantage over the others is that it is this country's national theater. It was considered an honor to play there. But Trump destroyed the prestige. And turned it into an empty theater that very few artists want to play at. Congratulations Donnie. Another success. :poop:

I'm reminded of Robert M. Persig's description of how an educational institution ceases to be a real university when it's dedicated to certifying students as ready to work rather than encouraging them to actually learn, when does a music venue cease to be a music venue? When Kid Rock performs to half an audience that hates his records but like his politics? When Lara Trump's autotuner is torturing the soul of Tom Petty in an otherwise empty room?
