When the Paultards were complaining about the "Republican establishment" "censoring" or otherwise holding back the "revolution" back when they were flooding the social news sites with everything he ever said or wrote, I kept suggesting to them that instead of trying to overtake the Republican Party and force it onto a different path, they should leave the GOP and do something actually revolutionary, like form a new party based on their ideals and funded by their donations and efforts. (Think of how glowingly people would speak of Ron Paul then, if the effort succeeded.)
The few that responded back in anything resembling a constructive, non-troofish way were so wrapped up in the idea that RP was going to become the nominee that they were claiming they had to stay Republican because they needed the brand name and all the people that vote straight-ticket Republican to guarantee a November win.
Now, with their hero out of the running and not forming a new party or anything, his truthist followers are left to pull the Greens and Libertarians further into la-la land.
