Hey biologists, should I subscribe to Cell? I have the opportunity to subscribe for a good price.

It's quite specialist with an emphasis on molecular biology. It has a very high impact factor. If you are in the field then definitely yes, if not then there I would scan a few contents pages to see if the articles are relevant and of interest to you .
