The Hal Bidlack Thread.

Lamborn received 59% of the vote in the 2006 election. It's a tough district if you don't have (R) after your name.

There's always 2010 if he wants to give it another try.

The first donation I made to a political campaign was to Hal's and I will do so again in 2010 if he runs again.

If any of you haven't, check out the commericals he has on his campaign homepage.

There's a bit of a Wikipedia behind-the-scenes discussion going on about whether Hal Bidlack is notable enough to merit his own article (now that the election is done, I guess).

Being Wikipedia, when some article is tagged for potential deletion, there's a discussion about it, in accordance with these guidelines (and in particular, this). If anyone would like to add to the discussion, that's the place. This process is time-sensitive, based on the date that the article was listed in the deletion list, and the progress of the discussion.

I suspect that as usual, the discussion will revolve around whether the subject of the article is "notable", and how this can be justified using original sources.
