I wanted to ask everyone if they have seen any newer versions of synthetic text-voice technology on the net for free sample use.
Of course im talking about something newer or more complex than this...

The voices...as advnaced as they are from microsoft sam and what not.Still have a lifeless,emotionless straightfoward tone.So I was wondering if there was anything else out there at all.
Espically something that lets you add tone and emotion.
