Straight eye for the queer guy

Within the gay community in big cities of the USA, straight looking means looking "average normal" for your social class, admittedly a category fuzzily defined.

Gay looking could be being effeminate, or it could mean dressing like a latter-day Oscar Wilde, or it could mean being hyper-masculine like the Village People.

Straight looking does not mean being in the closet or undetectable to gaydar.

Albert Einstein's love life is well documented. Much as I'd like to claim him, 'fraid not.

Let's get serious now. Gay morons do not get noticed. It could well be that most gays are morons, but gay morons are invisible to most folks. I've met a few.

If you're not gay yourself you only see those of us who are intelligent.
