Speed Reading Class

Here’s the situation.
The place I work is having us set through the Evelyn Woods Reading Dynamics Video Class. It’s broken up into three separate classes each a couple of hours long.

I’ve looked it up in the Skeptics Dictionary online and it gives a brief rundown of speed reading classes but doesn’t go into much detail, although one of the links did help.

Does anyone know of an online debunking of the class I could bring to my manager?
Or, should I just keep my mouth closed and sit through it like a good little employee?

The Straight Dope on Speed Reading

It's not a complete scam, if that's what you're thinking. But the benefits have been exaggerated. Speed reading is what you might call the Ronald Reagan approach to reading--you get the text's general drift while remaining largely innocent of the details, sometimes embarrassingly so.
