Well, if stops are being made according to whether or not individuals are actually committing violations or crimes, then I don't care how many Latinos are stopped. If, however, they are being made because they fit an officers impression of a latino and therefore might be guilty of immigration violations or some other unseen crime, then it is the officers who belong in jail (regardless of their ethnic heritage). It is a simple distinction.
