I think you are right about that.
Orgasms can result from non-clitoral stimulation (or non-direct-clitoral stimulation) such as thigh-flexing, prostate stimulation, and even nipple stimulation in some cases. And the so called G spot is very sensitive (very real) for some people.
Though the resulting orgasm may vary in intensity, it seems to me to be the same physical process in all cases. But perhaps the subjective quality of the orgasm varies due to some factors.
