Apparently this whale has killed 3 people? Puttin the killer back in killer whale.

Maybe it's time to consider letting this one go?

I'm not a fan of 'scientific whaling' but perhaps we can just crate this one up and ship it to japan. It's only whaling if you go out and hunt it in a boat, not if it arrives by crate, right?

You'd probably have to wean it off it's current diet of people first.

They wouldn't have to feed it for long. Soon the eater would be come the eaten. In the meantime, we can at least rename it 'Sashimi the Killer Whale', in much the same spirit one might name a rabbit Hassenpfeffer.
