Not up everyone's street but I really like Martin Jarvis reading "Just William" Very, very middle class sometimes but the humour is often sublime and Jarvis brings the words to life.
Obstensibly childrens books but Crompton crosses over the age barrier with ease.

Well, there's always Academic Earth, a website that hosts university lectures for free. It doesn't have a very good selection, but it's free!
