Question about Underdown's talk

For those who attended the meeting...there was a talk by Jim Underdown, director of CFI West. At one point, he discussed the agreement he had to sign to be on John Edwards show. Did anyone get a pic of the overhead he showed of that agreement? Or did anyone record that segment? Thanks in advance,
