Yes, i haven't applied under false pretenses, i intend to submit my name to the JREF, i just want to remain anonymous to the public.
And...4.6. How much of my application is confidential?
Assume none of it is. If this bothers you, it is better that you do not apply.
...the JREF forum also contains a CHALLENGE APPLICATIONS section that describes in detail the claims received, the correspondences exchanged between the JREF and the applicant, and subsequent protocol negotiations and test results. So, if you choose to apply, you should fully expect to see your name, your claim, and your protocol proposal offered verbatim therein, and quite possibly a good portion of the email correspondence that pertains to your claim.
Actually, please send all challenge correspondence to challenge@randi.org.
That's the official address.
Thanks!

Officially, I imagine they would not allow an applicant to remain anonymous. However, if you present your situation and explain your reasons, who knows.
My suggestion for an alternative: maybe only the applicant need be publicly known. If the applicant (a trusted friend of yours) can demonstrate that "this guy/gal I know" (you) has a paranormal ability, that may be enough. Being up-front with your plans and resons will likely yield the best result.
