I do not think I personally believe in life after death, but I have no desire to try and prove it to others, which could only cause them pain. We'll all find out soon enough.

Regardless of whether or not you're sceptical on other issues do you believe in life after death or a spirit dimension :

Short answer on Spirit dimension yes, But please define what that would include by your ideas.

No.

The idea of ceasing to exist terrifies me. And yes, it does bother me that I didn't exist before I was born. Obviously it didn't bother me then, because there wasn't a me to be bothered. And obviously it won't bother me to not exist after I actually die, because there also won't be a me to be bothered. But I exist now, and both things bother me now.
