Pizzagate

Can you prove any of the conversations relate to the sexual assault of children?

And why aren't you as concerned about someone who admitted sexually assaulting women and had access to teen beauty pageant contestants?

I've already laid out my position in earlier posts, I've even readily admitted when I've been wrong, I'm not a coward in that regards.

So briefly let me sumurize once again I freely admit that I'm viewing all of this from a biased pov due to several incidents that happened to me as a child. But something seems a little off when I look at the JimmyComet Instagram posts and by extension some of the posts from his cricle of friends. Nothing concrete just all a little weird and personally I think they all warrant further investigation by the relevant authorities just in case. Do I think anything is going to come of it, well judging by the responses here and the skepticism elsewhere, probably not is the honest answer.

For example stuff like this...

...as I think I already mentioned previously the picture ain't exaclty the most flattering to begin with but the combination of hashtags bugs me especially #pasta.

There is a similar one here...

As I pointed out yesterday even the JimmyComet (James Alefantis) avatar is that of Antinous the boy lover of Emperor Hadrian. Is it all just some weird inside joke, a weird set of coincidences, a mistake on my behalf, or something more sinister?

Biljana Djurdjevic is certainly not to my taste but his work is hardly pornographic. How do we know that she is Podesta's favorite artist?
I read it somewhere but I can´t find it now...

When I saw the accumulation of "coincidences" that were being presented as "evidence", I admit I thought is was a bit too much that would be expected by randomnes.

It seems you understand randomness and coincidences about as well as you understand art.

That's a bit suspicious if you ask me.

So the answer is no; you cannot establish any of the people mentioned has committed a crime.

Can you establish that any of the hashtags or messages relate to sexually assaulting children? Can establish the word "pizza" is code for anything?

Did you calculate the number of expected coincidences and then examine other places of business as a control? How can you say there are too many coincidences if you don't know how many coincidences are normal?

Fair question, if I had asserted it as a fact. But if you look, I only said they looked like too many coincidnces for me, subjectively, obviously without any probabilistic calculations...

I've just told you I think there is enough there to warrant further investigation by the relevant authorities who are far more equipped to ascertain if there is any wrong doing. You probaly don't agree and that's ok.

I've just given you a word which normally refers to a food item that doesn't, IMO, fit the context of the associated post. Do you agree or not?

Have a look here (click to see the different "series") and tell me whether if someone tells you that the painter is their "favourite" you wouldn´t look at them with suspicion.
http://www.biljanadjurdjevic.com/Work.html

I have a favorite painter who I have bought several works from, but I have no idea the full extent of his offerings. In fact I was utterly surprised when my parents told me they had bought a sculpture from him since I had no idea he even worked in the form. He typically showed me works he thought I would like based on our relationship. He showed other clients different work, apparently.

Should I go through my entire house and determine which pieces of art were made by people who may have made other art I don't like? Or that you don't like? ****, that one glass bowl we bought was made by an artist in California, they may have been a part of Manson family for all we know!

Are you saying you went along with the gullible herd?

The art by Biljana Djurdjevic, the favourite artist of John Podesta is downright creepy. In her website (last time I checked), the creepy pictures are not just a few from a lesser known series, they are the norm.
What's "creepy" about it? Personally, I consider it to be talentless, uninteresting rubbish specifically aimed at people who are affected by such drivel. That's the thing with art. It's appreciation is largely subjective. Although I must observe that you are rather easily creeped out.

That does make me look at John Podesta with some suspicion, by itself.
It is now suspicious that others like art that you don't like? That's suspicious?

There is the Majestic Ape weirdness and some other stuff, which all together, did look weird IMO. So by posting here I just wanted to shed some light on it.
Somehow, it seems to have passed you by that there is a certain type of pretentious artist and art collector/appreciator. The artist produces any old provocative drivel and the appreciator claims to appreciate it's edginess. This is complete and utter bollocks, of course, but both artist and patron go along with the mutual charade simply for the mutual ego stroking. 30 years ago, myself and friends named this "Ort". This should be pronounced with a plum or similar sized fruit in one's mouth.

"Ort" broadly speaking seeks to connect the untalented artist with an appreciator who seeks nothing more than a thin veneer of erudition and has the funds to buy it. The "Ortist" can claim boho impoverishment while receiving handsome emoluments for their "Ortistic" endeavours. The "Ort" appreciators lose the plot quite often as, for example, when a couple of students recently pranked a modern "Ort" gallery.

The word "Ort" is now verbal shorthand amongst us. Someone will say dismissively "Oh, it's just 'Ort'!" and we all know what is intended.

The decor in the pizza parlour is simply that..."Ort".

Since then I´ve seen that some of the "evidence" presented is false or wrongly presented, the people presenting it lack any scepticism whatsoever etc. so now I tend even more towards thinking it´s BS. I still thought interesting to investigate whether some of it was a fabricated, orchestrated "fake news" style operation by some obscure anti-Clinton player, a different but still interesting kind of CT.
All well and good to start to backpedal now. Too late. Already, a violent crime has been committed, thankfully with no casualties.

That's a bit of a cop out, though. Of course your opinions are subjective. That's not the question, and it changes nothing of the harm caused by this sort of thinking.

That relates to Tony Podesta who does own one of her works but it is not the picture of the boy suspended by his arms or the men in towels as the nut job CTers seem to want us to believe.

You really have to be more and more careful about what you head on the internet and elsewhere. The Chinese Whispers effect is strong online: someone will talk about a particular artwork from mister X associated with place Y, and the next person to repost the story will include other artworks from mister X and the next thing you know, everybody thinks that the other artwork was the one originally mentioned.

It's become very difficult to know if what you read or hear is true without putting some pretty focused effort at finding out.

It is now suspicious that others like art that you don't like? That's suspicious?

Artwork is creepy. Ergo, person who likes it is creepy. Ergo, restaurant associated with this person is creepy. What else is creepy? Child molestation!

Next thing you know, we'll be creepy for speaking against such nonsense.

As I've pointed out earlier in this thread people who have visited Tony Podesta's home have been shocked by some of the stuff on his wall, specifically because some of it basically involves naked teens (possibly underage).

I can play devils advocate though and say he's doing it as a psychological thing to make people more susceptible when handing over money (in the form of donations) to the DNC.

But then I always harp back to his relationships with other high profile (convicted) pedophiles like Dennis Hastert, who he's known for a very long time.

But the kid has clearly just eaten pasta.
Why is that an issue?
And flattering? It's a great picture...

And? What's wrong with that one?

I'm well confused...
