PHP & SQL help

What a bunch of horsecrap.

I have seen the fire
Of a thousand suns pass by
While blasphemers fill the air
Bearing false witness

Morrigan is of course correct. There's nothing wrong with PHP. It's not only a very established language, with piles and piles of documentation and code examples that can be found everywhere, but setting up a local PHP environment is as easy as typing "php -S localhost:8000" in your terminal with virtually no configuration.

However, the days of coding SQL statements and parsing results out to HTML markup are pretty much over. Everyone these days is using frameworks like Cake PHP, and the latest one to gain a following is Laravel.
