I am now in the market for a roommate. It's a non-smoking room, about 5 SHORT blocks from the venue.

And, I got a great deal on it, so your half of the payment would likely be a lot less than if you booked any room in the area on-line.

No, it's NOT a cardboard box on the side of the street, Scrut.

I am not in the market for a roommate. I have a non-smoking room, ACROSS THE STREET from the venue.
