well, they pretty much cleaned that up for most people. they don't give normal people **** for pain meds anymore. elon musk could probably get a pallet of oxycodone as easily as he could get all the ketamine he wants.
 
Elon just posted that the Democrats borders plan is to entrench single party rule.

When you're rich (even paper rich like Galaxy Brain) doctors tend to be willing to perscribe anything. And if your current doctor has morals there's always others.

Judge dismisses Elon Musk's suit against hate speech researchers

A federal judge has dismissed X owner Elon Musk's lawsuit against a research group that documented an uptick in hate speech on the social media site, saying the organization's reports on the platform formerly known as Twitter were protected by the First Amendment.

Musk's suit, "is so unabashedly and vociferously about one thing that there can be no mistaking that purpose," wrote U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer in his Monday ruling, "This case is about punishing the Defendants for their speech."

Amid an advertiser boycott of X last year, Musk sued the research and advocacy organization Center for Countering Digital Hate, alleging it violated the social media site's terms of service in gathering data for its reports.

One of the group's findings, published in June, detailed how "racist, homophobic, neo-Nazi, antisemitic or conspiracy content" from paid users went unmoderated on the site.

To be clear, this isn't the Media Matters suit. It's a different example of how egregiously false Musk's claim to support "absolute free speech" really is, though, among other things.

This is to avoid triggering an anti-SLAPP law I presume?

Clearly was not a lawsuit that he thought he would win. Its only purpose was to force the defendants to hire lawyers and incur legal costs.

Maybe the surveillance firm is telling Musk 75% of his users are bots and he wants it kept quiet. He can’t speak freely about that!
 
that’s how it all reads to me. you can substitute whatever term you want to use for whatever you want done to them and get to excusing it

The problem here is I will be accused of starting this, but note I am responding.
The Gender Critical community are profoundly pleased that Elon Musk invited them back.
They are opposed to child medication. It seems that Elon Musk has an estranged child that was piped into a cult that he opposes. I am not clear if he bought X with this cult in mind.

maybe elaborating on my point will keep you out of trouble: they're really happy and willing to deflect his profound hypocrisies because he elevates their anti-trans agenda, same as the folks who don't care of his other misdeeds because he makes evs and rockets they like, and the folks who point out other companies do the same so it's ok for him to do it as well.

you don't need to discuss things that are going to get you suspended
