The National Enquirer is reporting that Morgan Freeman intends to marry his 27-year-old step-granddaughter!
After alleging that the 72 year old actor has been having an affair with step-granddaughter E’Dena Hines, now, reports are stating that the two will wed once Morgan's divorce proceedings are final.
And apparently, this is what they both want.
Said one family insider: “Becoming Mrs. Morgan Freeman has been E’Dena’s goal."
We think we are going to be sick. Why is no one from Morgan's camp denying this? We are still holding out that this is a vicious rumor, but we also can't ignore the deafening silence from all ends of this.
Someone say something! Please!!!
Not really. Freeman denied it. But I wonder how many people skip this revelation and move right on to either a negative comment or a Woody Allen mention.

While I understand the situation, I fail to see a problem. Would someone please explain it in a little more detail?

I blame Viagra. ( I think that is the name of Freeman's step daughter, mother of E'dena, no?)

... and Placebo is the 'Daddy' ... at least, that's what's on the birth certificate ...

;)

Oh, many, many years ago
When I was twenty-three
I was married to a widow
Who was pretty as can be
This widow had a grown-up daughter
Who had hair of red
My father fell in love with her
And soon the two were wed

This made my dad my son-in-law
And changed my very life
For my daughter was my mother
'Cause she was my father's wife
To complicate the matter
Though it really brought me joy
I soon became the father
Of a bouncing baby boy

This little baby then became
A brother-in-law to Dad
And so became my uncle
Though it made me very sad
For if he was my uncle
Then that also made him brother
Of the widow's grown-up daughter
WHo of course is my step-mother

Chorus
I'm my own grandpa
I'm my own grandpa
It sounds funny I know
But it really is so
Oh, I'm my own grandpa

My father's wife then had a son
Who kept them on the run
And he became my grandchild
For he was my daughter's son
My wife is now my mother's mother
And it makes me blue
Because although she is my wife
She's my grandmother too

Now if my wife is my grandmother
Then I'm her grandchild
And every time I think of it
It nearly drives me wild
For now I have become
The strangest case you ever saw
As husband of my grandma
I am my own grandpa

So you're asking someone to describe a slightly incestuous situation in graphic detail for you? Doesn't that belong in the sex thread? Did you type that with one hand? ;)

That sounds like something Morgan Freeman would say... on the longest night of his life.

He's not biologically related to her, so it isn't technically incest.

It's still creepy for a 72-year-old to marry a 27-year-old. But maybe that's agism.

I'll be an old man some day and I'll probably still be attracted to young women, so you go Morgan! Somebody has to lead the way! :boxedin:

I don't find the age thing creepy, and they aren't biologically related.

But not knowing the family structure, I don't know how much of a presence he was in her developing years. The potential psych implications of that are my only concern.

Of course, that is if it is all true.

Woody Allen moved on from banging the mother to banging the daughter. This guy moved on from banging the grandmother to banging the granddaughter. :jaw-dropp

If I were his wife/exwife I'd be...really, really mad.

There was an Israeli equivalent of the National Enquirer, Ha'Olma Ha'Zeh ("This World"). The joke about was that it would have a huge headline: "INSIDE: IS THE PRIME MINISTER HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH A FAMOUS GOSSIP COLUMNIST?". On p. 17, the scoop: "No."
