I am worried about the “free” aspect of this offer. Clearly it is a scam, but how do the criminals get their money? Do they rob their marks when they arrive? One here suggested they might be organ harvesting, but considering that their marks are probably in very poor health, I think this is unlikely.

Do they rob their marks homes of the marks while away?
 
My comment about waking up without their kidneys was mostly tongue in cheek & mostly about the advisability of taking drugs from these people. I think the most likely outcome is going to be enormous pressure to become a "white hat" & make a donation.
 
No, the ‘white hats’ are a QAnon addition to this healing woo - people who stand in opposition to the Cabal. The black hats are the bad guys, Democrats (except still living JFK Jr and even JFK in some cases), the deep state, and the bad military. I’ve never heard of people being asked to become a ‘white hat’ because in their minds they’re already one.

r/QultHeadquarters has been tracking medbeds for about 4 years. ‘Skye Prince’ is a schizophrenic Australian whose real name is Kerrie-Ann Thornton and has had numerous woo schemes in the past. She periodically flounces and deletes all her YouTube videos (nothing to do with them being evidence against her, of course), and seems to live off donations from idiot Floridians.
