- the other sides of these four faces are: blue, blue, red, and blue
Three of these four are blue
Hence the probability is 3/4.
So, before any card is chosen, what is the probability that the the other side of the card that you choose will be blue?Before any card is chosen, you would expect the probability to be 1/2 -- that the other side of the card you choose, will be blue.
