I wondered at first if this was some camera trick or CGI. But, I suppose it's not beyond the pale that a bear could accomplish this - maybe trained, or just playing around enough.
 
It reminds me of the award-winning short story, Bears Discover Fire, by Terry Bisson. It's one of those stories that you like a lot but can't quite explain why.
 
He needs to ride a unicycle while doing this to make it more bearable.
 
Don't let PeTA see that. They get all up in arms about the obviously unnatural behavior of that bear stemming from cruel captivity.

Of course the bear would probably beat them silly with his stick if they tried to evict him from his comfy home with free meals.
 
Unedited? There's not an internet acronym capable of describing the level of amusement I experience at such a claim.
