Kreppers Trojan?

Anyone heard of a Kreppers Virus that redirects Browsers to
http://t.swapx.cc/h.php?aid=20009,
Creating a file named-
C:\WINDOWS\System32\hz4ifjn0c21uiithd.exe Trojan Horse Kreppers. ?

I suspect this may be an instance of the CWS browser hijacker. Anyone know an easy way to get rid of that?
