I've recently read praise for John Stossel's 20/20 segment on debunking homeopathy, some going as far as saying he should be invited to the next Amazing Meeting. I imagine I would agree with his conclusions on that subject, but I hate hearing HIM as the debunker. When taken with his other less than honest reporting on other matters of health, it discredits the truth of this story.

Welcome, Withnail! Great sig line, but note the typo.

I wasn't all that excited by the Stossel bit on homeopathy. It was a little too slap-dash for my taste. Otherwise, I haven't paid much attention to the guy. If fair.org is correct, he ought to try harder for accuracy, or it will undermine his message. And he should watch out for too much hand-wringing.

I heard Stossel having a fit of debunking, but on one topic (I forget what it was) he was dead wrong. Is he on the same show as gush-over-every-whacky-woo-woo Diane Sawyer?

I generally dislike Stossel. His role is that of a sensationalist TV finger wagger, which he does well, but like many things on TV, is pretty cheesy.
