Is Australia screwed?

There's nothing quite so political as global warming, particularly when the ruling party is full of deniers, Abbott included, who are implementing policies which will truly screw Australia.
 
And to keep it political, it's quite telling that Abbott uses the weasel words "climate change" when the science is irrefutable that it's global warming.
 
As a sceptic I certainly go with the climate scientists over the Murdoch press, Andrew Bolt, Alan Jones, Lord UpHimself Moncton etc etc. who all proclaim that global warming is a hoax, a socialist hoax at that as well.:boggled:

Hows that global cooling going? It's now seven years since the prediction, and it's still not cooling.
 
Um... I'm not here to defend Bolt, he has his own opinions, but it doesn't seem that it was him actually predicting the cooling but a scientist.

Interesting too that it wasn't Bolt "demanding for years" proof of global warming but one lone responder to his blog.

That said, (and I am genuinely sincere) acknowledge and thank you for your admission and your efforts to provide evidence. Let's hope we can continue in this vain, it will make a pleasant change.

Happily we seem now to be in the habit of providing evidence for our claims in this thread. We have already seen Bolt wrongly blamed for one claim here, so can you show us his lies please?

I say again that I am no defender of Bolt's, I would however want to see two things: One, his connection to the OP and two, evidence of the things claimed.
