I was using it a couple of hours ago, and it's nearly fully charged, but it just seems to have died. I can't turn it on at all. Any ideas what might have happened? I don't suppose there are any trick ways of re-starting it?
 
Try a hard reset. Hold the Home and the sleep/wake buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds or until it restarts. DO NOT have the USB cable plugged in. You may have to hold both buttons for said amount, then let both go and try just the sleep/wake to start it.

That did the trick. I didn't realise you had to hold both buttons down for so long. Thanks very much.

COOL!
If it does it again you may want to restore it and set it up as a new iPad, just incase there is some messed-up software.

I guess you can't have put a Mod on ignore when they flame the thread like that... :D
