Interisting claim

EMP did not directly cause the fires. That's silly.

Everyone knows we planted thermite in all the cars in the surrounding area. The detonators were activated by the EMP.

An EMP powerful enough to set a car on fire at a distance of a mile would be powerful enough to set buildings on fire at a distance of a mile. Just picture all the power and phone and network cables suddenly glowing red hot...

It would also destroy every electronic device in New York City, and knock out electrical distribution, telephone, television and radio services across the northeastern US.

Since none of these things happened - including the cars being set on fire at a distance of a mile - it seems probable that the premise is incorrect.

Actually, handheld portable radios are pretty much immune to EMP effects. Surprisingly, a lot of electronics are NOT damaged by EMP. See the National Communications System NCS-TIB 85-10, "Electromagnetic Pules/Transient Threat Testing of Protection Devices for Amateur/Military Affiliate Radio System Equipment" by Dr. Dennis Bodson (W3DZK for you ham types)

Sure, your normal EMP, but we're talking car-melting monster EMP here. If it can induce enough current to set a car on fire, it's going to fry any electronic device in a much larger radius.

Hey, there's a lot of 9-11 truth evidence to be found in episodes of Thunderbirds. Have you seen "City of Fire", where the world's tallest tower catches fire then collapses purely because of the fire? Clearly Gerry Anderson was complicit in the 9-11 attacks for spreading the meme, way back in 1966, that steel-framed buildings can collapse from fire damage alone. As for "Terror in New York City", which features not only the collapse of the Empire State Building (clearly a metaphor for the then-incomplete WTC Towers) but also that of the Fulmar Finance building, a building not struck by any airliners or even on fire, that's clearly preparing the ground for a plausible explanation of WTC7. And don't even get me started on the Crablogger.

Oh of course, the car-melting EMP. Yep, that would do a number on electronics further out all right. But then you'd think that someone somewhere with a radio, camcorder or ipod might just notice when it gets fried :)

Sorry, it was SELECTIVE car-melting EMP. Only melts cars, dontcha know!

No, you see, all cars sold in the United States since 1950 have actually been made out of super-secret Stealth ThermiteTM, ready to be set off at a moment's notice whenever the NWO needs an excuse for war. Just like how the C4 was built into the Twin Towers from the moment construction got underway, and nobody would have noticed if it hadn't been for that pesky PBS documentary film crew capturing thousands of hours of footage.

It's a special secret high tech magic emp. Only the NWO knows how it works
