From their FAQ's about Atheism:

"An "Atheist" is a person who has a lifestyle premised on the weltanschauung of materialism."

So how does that differ from a materialist?

The difference is that it's got the word "Weltanschauung" in it. This is almost as good as using "ontological" three times in a sentence.

Honestly, even though I'm an atheist, I have only a vague idea what this is supposed to mean, and as far as I can tell, it's wrong.

An atheist is a person who isn't any kind of theist. Everything else is up for grabs.

Of course it's atheist propaganda, just as the New Testament is Christian propaganda.
