Dumb All Over
A Little Ugly on the Side
Pure fantasy. He clearly isn't speaking the oath with any sort of confidence or assurance.
Whatever.

Gotta say that if Hollywood was casting a president, Pence looks like one. Good-looking white guy with grey hair.
I love the rose extravaganza as much as the next person, but I stop talking about it by the time the bowl game comes on.The parade route crowds are YUGE!
Low. Those folks have shown a certain amount of resourcefulness in keeping that movement alive. He just promised to eradicate radical Islamic terrorism completely from the face of the earth. So there is something he can be judged against in four years' time. I wonder what his chances are?
So far, same as an hour ago. you?So are we Great Again yet? He's been President for almost an hour.
I think you are reading into that, as he didn't say that explicitly ... but I think your read on that is a decent one. Many here continue to ignore the difference between a movement and a party. I think Trump was explicitly saying the links between him and the Republican party are tenuous and he's looking for support wherever he can find it.
Lube or no lube?As I said, it's like we're characters in the movie "On the Beach". The wealthy will have a field day and the rest of us get sodomized.
They both had enough class to remember they were on TV, and thus no tongues.Ack! Pence kissed Pelosi, ewwww!
Won what? A chance to do a harder job for less money? In his world, I don' think that's a win.His speech seemed very angry, does he know he won?
That's him trying to be nice and be diplomatic. I suspect he took that Dale Carnegie course (the one that teaches you how to fake sincerity) at least once.I saw Trump get up at the Inaugural luncheon and welcome Bill and Hillary Clinton. The Trumpster said: "I am honored to have President Bill Clinton and Secretary Hillary Clinton here, really honored." When the other luncheon attendees began to clap, Trump urged them, "Stand up, please."
What "PC Nazis?"I thought it was cool seeing that high school band playing a few minutes ago.
I can't remember the school (a historically black school) or the mans name, the teacher or band leader, but good for him for fighting the PC Nazis
Agreed.and death threats getting them there.
Death threats. Putting kids in the middle. That's so wrong.
Yes, Trump and his followers might find it worthwhile to emulate that behavior. What a horrible way to teach kids about tolerance - or anything - he's a hero for doing that. He risked a lot.

Wow, no crowd several hours before the parade in the rain.Ouch.

I don't buy that. You don't spend six months calling someone a criminal that not only should be in prison but WILL BE in prison if you're elected, and then say it's a "great honor" to have them at your luncheon. If you have any decency (and I don't think he does), you don't vilify someone that way and then turn around and say how "great" they are once you're sworn in. That's taking it too far. That's sick.
Call me Old School but you still have to show your opponent some respect. That's basic decency. (A quality he obviously lacks.)
The parade route crowds are YUGE!
He's just a business man. You do know how to separate career politicians from a political novice who somehow got elected. You haven't a clue of the difference do you?

Absolutely hilarious, Tump is dancing with his wife, they're dancing to the song "I did it my way". You did it Mr President!
Just like right wingers and their beer/pot parties at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge?... Liberalism and free speech never go well together, as can be seen again.
