Igor Simchanko is writing in russian; I'm not sure Belarus has its own language. The babelfish-esque translation is actually not too bad, as these things go. I don't think you're missing anything important in the email you posted. The 'skeptics of the gulf' he refers to are the Tampa Bay Skeptics.

Personally, I like the offer to communicate with Randi via morse code by depositing a sequence of $1s and $2s into a bank account. Maybe he thinks that will resolve the translation issues.

Some movement, kind of, sort of...

New Mexico Skeptics have made contact with Igor and seem to be capable of partly understanding him, which is more than I can do.

Also, another forum member has found a few links to some data that shows Igor to have been in contact with other skeptics groups. It's all about chosing lottery numbers, which, if he could really do, he wouldn't need OUR million bucks, would he?

It never ceases to amaze me.

I'm hoping that the aforementioned forum member posts the links he has, soon.

I'm confused. If Igor is in Belarus, or anywhere but North America for that matter, what does New Mexico have to do with things? Are there no European skeptic groups that he can deal with? Did I miss something?

He also has been in miscommunication with the Tasmanian Skeptics and also tried to get us to play.

As far as I can see, he offers to predict some lottery numbers at chance level.

I think the most interesting part about this is whether it is EE-gor or EYE-gor...

That's odd, that was the title of my PM to KRAMER yesterday about Igor and the Tasmanian Sceptics.

I know. I remote-viewed it. You also signed it "Abby Normal".

It must be catching. Now I'm remote viewing you performing lewd acts with your pet lutefisk, Arne.

Seeing as I can sail along at 20 words a minute (5 letters to the word average) in Morse Code, I offer my services as transliterator for this effort, at the bargain rate of 25¢ per vowel and 15¢ per consonant (murmur dipthongs are 2 for 34¢).
