A game show aired by Lebanese militant group Hezbollah's satellite television channel has raised eyebrows.
In "The Mission", which is shown on al-Manar, contestants battle for points which enable them to step towards Jerusalem on a virtual map.

Questions range from the date of the French Revolution to names of militants who carried out suicide attacks.

Surreal. Sorta answers the question about what terrorists would do with a sense of humor if they had one.

"...to names of militants who carried out suicide attacks."

Wow, can we get ZN on it? With questions like that he`d win hands down;)

Monty Ptyhon had spoofs of game shows on their show, including titles like "Prejudice" (with everybody's favorite game, "shoot the poof") and "Blackmail" (with the "stop the film" game among others). This game show could fit right in without any changes.

Come to think of it, it seems more like a mix of two other Python sketches--"spot the looney" and "exploding Scotchmen" (OK, Palestinians).

One wonders what the opening music is like. "Exploding version of the blue danube", perhaps?
