It doesn't look fake to me.
It looks like a poor quality video of someone squatting. A real someone, not a fake someone. I admit, it's hard to tell if it really is a real someone or not, but that's just how it looks to me.
Does sasquatch mean "someone who squats"? I admit I'm not up on the folklore.

I am really curious as to why anyone would put a plate of pancakes out. Was there any suspicion that there was a bigfoot around before this was done or is there some reasonable explanation for this type of behavior? If there was a bigfoot around, shouldn't the "baiter' have also put out a thermos of coffee, a small glass of juice, a fruit plate, etc, to give it a wholesome meal?
Bigfeet just don't get any respect. Soon, they'll die out from a diet of too many pancakes.
