Why did America but people like Slobodan Milošević, Radovan Karadzic and Saddam Hussein in trial but not the most famous war criminal Henry Kissinger? Is it because Henry Kissinger is a jew and AIPAC and Israel rule America? Henry Kissinger is not in jail even if he is a war criminal.

No.

You might want to start by explaining why he should be tried.

Yet another antisemitic thread from moon1969. He seems to go for some kind of record.

/Sarcasm
our crimes are not evil, only their crimes are, and belonng punished.

Read his books. Kissinger says many things you believe to be conspiracy theories when they're mentioned by someone like Alex Jones. Same applies to Zbigniew Brzezinski and so on.

As for condemning his crimes, which are considerable, well... Damned if you do, damned if you don't. America was clearly the lesser of two evils during the cold war, but it was no angel...

perhaps you could detail for us the specific war crimes Kissinger committed for which he deserves trial.

He was not a soldier thus I doubt he personally killed anyone.

He was not a military commander, thus I doubt he issued any orders to soldiers to commit war crimes.

He was secretary of state, and thus acted in an advisory role. I suppose he did have direct authority over those in the state department. Did members of the state department commit war crimes?

It would seem to me that those in charge of the military: Bundy, Macnamara, and ultimately Nixon and Johnson, are more responsible for any atrocities committed. They, however, are not Jews. Is this your reason for singling out Kissinger?

Kissinger has already been subjected to a trial.

The prosecutor's case can be found here: part 1, part 2.

And the whole process is even documented in a movie.

...while the public eagerly waited for his memoirs from prison, he somehow manged to escape, which was unnoticed for a long time, but a search has finally been organized, and a most wanted list has been issued. The hopes of retaining the fugitive are however regarded as slim.

From the review:
The book is best understood as a prosecutorial document--both because Hitchens limits his critique to what he believes might stand up in an international court of law following precedents set at Nuremberg and elsewhere, and also because his treatment of Kissinger is far from evenhanded

I will point out to moon, and anyone else, that Nuremberg was a case of victors' justice, which condition does not exist for the case of Kissinger: whose side was he on that lost a war?

...oh he's never going to be on a real trial, that's for sure, which is why people must create a fictitious one. :p

Please don't take this as an attack, but you REALLY don't like Jews huh?

Moon's got it right, and if the posters can't see the evil over the years they are lost.

DC, I went to college with a guy who fought in the coup against Allende. Not as simple as you might think. If I can find the old post by Patricio Elicer on the topic, I'll post a link.

It's because Kissinger has a very good Jewish lawyer.

Holy crap! Sept 11th?

9/11 happened 28 years later. 73 + 28 = 101. Subtract both 11's (22) and you end up with 79. The year my best friend Drew graduated high school (1979).

Coincidence? I think not.

Does anyone else think that moon1969 and Magz might be the same person? One seemed to appear around the same time other disappeared and they share a similar racist flair.

Anyway, if you want to make a rational point about Kissinger, moon1969, you'd help your case by dropping the racial rhetoric.

I'm constantly surprised at the amount of anti-Semetic posts all over these forums. I miss the days when this trash stayed over at stormfront.
