Considering that the two previous lawyers Trump had were disbarred,

Then one should not be surprised when Giuliani gets disbarred as well.

Agreed. If you have been following the whole alleged election fraud story, you should know about the Dominion company, if you have been paying any attention.

And Ness played a minor role in brining down Al Capone. Other feds played a must more important role.
I love "The Untouchables" both the movie and the original TV series, but most of it is fiction,not history.

Trump should sue Guiliani to force Rudy to stop referring to himself as "former Trump attorney". I believe Trump claims Rudy never actually worked for him in an official capacity.

He admitted to Rudy being his attorney when addressing the media at one point, I know for sure. All the Presidents' Lawyers quote him at the beginning of the podcast saying so.

Trump should also build a wall around himself in order to protect him from Rudy, and then Trump should make Rudy pay for the wall.
 
While I’m glad this is happening, I remain cynical/skeptical that there will be anything I would consider significant consequences. (Being forced to retire with enough money to pretty much do anything you want to for the rest of your life doesn’t count as significant consequences in my book.) I could be wrong, in fact, I hope I’m wrong.

Oh it won't. Like I said he's in his 70s what consequences are even on the table really?

The mythical "Oh he'll be the only to find show evidence of all the things we already know Trump did and his followers don't care but this time the 985th piece of evidence that proves what we already know will make a difference" thing isn't going to happen either.

Take away all his money and make him live out his years on the avg. social security benefit? (it’ll never happen but one can dream)
 
What could be more humiliating than expecting to hold a Press Conference at the Four Seasons and instead having to hold it next to a sex shop?

You may still get your wish depending on how long Guiliani lives. I am not 100% on the lifespan of civil cases, but if Dominion gets their way he'll be living without anything at all.

According to internet research he's worth about $45 million. The lawsuit is worth $1.3bn and I don't think they can stretch it out as long. Perhaps he wouldn't have to pay but there would be a lien against everything he owned (if I'm understanding the law correctly). If he does lose, and he doesn't pay, I don't think he can collect SSI either.
