God is protecting Florida from hurricanes

I'm a Florida resident, and I'm not sure I've ever been more embarrassed to admit that then right now. And considering our state history, that's really saying something.
 
It's just the start of the hurricane season. If he keeps this up, the odds of the prayers not working will increase considerably. If a "big one" does hit what does this say about God and Governor? :boggled:

Seriously, the south coast of New England is long overdue for a major direct hit.
 
I claim credit for that alien invasion not happening yesterday, btw. I prayed that it wouldn't. However, I'm not praying that it doesn't happen tomorrow.

I was in the hospital, having gotten my gall bladder removed, when Andrew struck. Watching it live because my roomie lived for CNN, I thought it was [del]interesting[/del] sleep-inducing that Andrew seemed to pause for six or eight hours off the Louisiana-Alabama coast. She later attributed it to...no, I won't waste your time. Suffice it to say that, when I awoke, NO was pretty-much messed up.

ETA: Time means a lot with hurricanes.

Heading north on I-95 past Cocoa Beach, you would encounter a huge billboard marked "Thank the Lord for George and Jeb Bush".

I thought Bill Gates was protecting Florida from hurricanes,
then that would mean he is not the Anti-Christ but God instead.

Well I guess that makes sense since I've heard that Obama is the Anti-Christ,
unless some one else is, then who is Obama and will Bill Gates keep on protecting Florida from hurricanes?
I'm getting a headache.
 
Shame on him. If he has that kind of amazing prayer ability, how can he stop with no storms in Florida? Isn't it kind of mean not to extend it out to no storms anywhere in the world? The end of hunger, peace in the middle East?
 
God didn't protect New Orleans form Hurricane katrina because the Jews in Gaza were forced to cede their homes to the arabs. So if our President doesn't help the jewish people in all of their endeavors the USA and the rest of the world are in for many more horrible disasters. This according to Jack Chick in his pamphler "Love the Jews".

I like Jews and I support Israel but I restrict my love to people I know. I support Israel too but we all make mistakes and perhaps allowing Jewish settlers to settle on the Gaza was a violation of human rights.

So if you pray to god to prevent a hurricane from hitting your state and therefore it hits another.... shouldn't you feel bad that you threw them in front of the bus?
