Bound to be one or the other but I'm not sure which. I kinda bet it's the criticizing Labour one though.

He is attempting to shut down X for political reasons and because of his personal hatred of Elon Musk for exposing him.

And the truth of course explains the desperate attempts to misrepresent the government plans, though I wonder how many people outside that little right wing bubble would be in favour if the government proposed banning X?

Authoritarianism is disgusting. Whereas an app that turns a photo of a child into a porn video is just a bit of a laugh and free speech which must be defended.

He's right about the last bit though. He needs help.

Wikipedia tells me "Sedition by an alien is still an offence under section 3 of the Aliens Restriction (Amendment) Act 1919, punishable by up to three months of imprisonment if convicted summarily, or up to ten years of imprisonment if convicted on indictment."
