Mentioned on another forum:

"Fuel-King® is a metal cylinder wich contains a combination of very strong magnets and flow breakers. This cylinder is mounted in the fuel-line, between the fuel filter and (as near as possible to) the fuel injection pump. When the fuel flows through the cylinder, very strong turbulence occurs very close to the surface of the magnets, especially where the magnets field is strongest.
This results in charged particles in the fuel, which bring about improved combustion and therefore significantly less soot particles and lower fuel consumption. The fact that charged particles are formed can be measured by the improved electrical conductivity of the fuel after passing through the Fuel-King®.
It is known that improved electrical conductivity results in a better distribution of the fuel during atomization in the combustion space. Charged particles react more quickly with oxygen (radical reaction). The results of this : AN OPTIMAL COMBUSTION."
Instant BS meter. Anyone know anything?
Edit: Never mind; the guy I was arguing with tracked tis down on his own: http://www.chem1.com/CQ/magscams.html#MFT
